If you do not have an account yet, please create one first. The API key and secret are then available in your account settings.
The email address you created your PDF Generator API account with.
The regional host your workspace is on. Please leave the default value unless PDF Generator API has provided a different host.
Select an attachment field and every generated document is saved onto the record. If None is selected, documents are downloaded instead.
This app does not have an attachment field yet. Please add an Attachment field in the app's form settings, save the form, and then select Reload fields.
When a document is generated twice for the same record, Append keeps both documents and Replace keeps only the most recent one.
A template is the layout that record data is placed into. This workspace does not contain a template yet. You can either start from a PDF you already have, or design one in the editor.
Upload a form or invoice you already use and its layout becomes the template. You can then place your kintone fields onto it in the editor. This is also available at any time from Import PDF on a record.
An empty template is created in your workspace and opened in the editor, with this app's fields ready to place onto the page. You can describe the document you need and let the editor build it, or lay it out yourself. Please return to this page once the template is ready.
Every record view starts from a single template. This can be changed later, and each automation rule can use a different template.
No templates are available yet. Please select Reload templates after creating one, or select Back to create one now.
Select Always use the default template to hide the template selector from the record view entirely.
Selecting Finish setup saves these settings. kintone continues to serve the previous settings to records until the app is deployed with Update app. Instructions are shown on the next screen.
These settings were saved by an earlier version of the plugin, which stored the credentials where any user of this app can read them. Moving them takes one step and does not require you to enter them again. Document output is unavailable until this is done.

The maximum number of records that can be selected at one time in the list-view batch dialog (1–200).
Optional. Every generated document appends one line to the selected multi-line text field, whichever way it was generated. The most recent 200 lines are kept. Please note that the field must be editable by the users who generate documents.
By default, every field of the record is sent to PDF Generator API when a document is generated. Fields listed here are removed before any data leaves kintone: from generated documents, from the sample data in the template editor, and from automation webhooks. Please note that a template bound to an excluded field will show that field as empty.
No fields are excluded. The whole record is sent.
The fields of this app as they are sent to templates. Selecting a checkbox excludes the field. Excluding a subtable removes all of its columns.

By default, every app user can use every action. App administrators are the users who have App management permission for this app in kintone.

These settings control which actions are shown in kintone. They do not restrict access to the PDF Generator API workspace itself.
Automation rules generate documents without anyone pressing a button. Each rule waits for a record event, evaluates its conditions, and then delivers the resulting document. Please note that rules run within the browser session of the user who triggered them: if that user closes the tab before the page has finished reloading, the rule does not run.
Automated runs are recorded in the generation log field, which is configured under Advanced document settings on the Documents tab and covers every generated document, not only the automated ones.
Save applies to the settings on every tab.
