To support this growing demand, Firmagave-shop.dk prepares hundreds of personalized sales quotes for corporate clients. With the previous setup built on code based templates in HTML and CSS, even a small change required developer involvement. This slowed down the process and limited how easily the team could respond to customer requests.

We spoke with Andreas Seierup, Head of Development and Marketing, about how the team modernized their document creation with PDF Generator API and turned a manual workflow into a fast and flexible system that supports corporate gifting all year round.

Large employers partner with Firmagave-shop.dk to create custom gift shops for their employees. Each company sets a gift budget per employee, and staff can log in and choose from curated items while the employer covers the cost.

From January to August, the sales team prepares hundreds of personalized quotes. The previous setup was built internally and relied on HTML and CSS templates. Updating any part of the layout required a developer to edit code, which slowed down the workflow and limited how quickly templates could be adjusted for each customer.
