Actual Reports OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, seated under the registration number 12318670 (hereinafter PDF Generator API), provides business-to-business services. Our aim, among others, is to use our website to allow our users to sign up, including for a free trial.

PDF Generator API collects data about users who request to use our service on our website. We collect users’ contact details, names, company names and e-mail addresses.

We may collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with our site. This information may include the browser name, the type of computer, and technical information about users’ means of connection to our website, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized, among other similar information.

We use your information (including any questions or comments you send to us) to resolve technical issues you encounter, respond to your requests for assistance, analyze crash information, and repair and improve the Services.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.), and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden from selling any of the data collected on our behalf.

We receive information about you when you or your administrator integrate or link a third-party service with our Services. For example, if you create your account through a third-party app store (e.g. Zapier, Google, Appian and others) or account.

If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive e-mails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future e-mails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each e-mail. We send these e-mails for the purpose of marketing, and the legal basis for it is the user’s consent.

Any data you provide will not be publicly displayed or shared with other users. Certain PDF Generator API employees have access to personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of their work duties.

• Right to access – any user may get information regarding his/her personal data.
• Right to data portability – Any user has the right to receive their personal data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to independently transmit those data to a third party, in case our processing is based on user’s consent or fulfilling the contract and carried out by automated means.
• Right to erasure. Any user has the right to have personal data we process about the user erased from our systems if the personal data are no longer necessary for the related purposes.
• To exercise any of the abovementioned rights, the user should contact PDF Generator API support. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, excessive or manifestly unfounded.

We do not store personal data for longer than is necessary to provide it. Typically, we store users’ personal data for as long as the user has received the demo or for as long as we have another purpose to do so. We erase personal data after the above-described storage period or when the user requests us to erase his/her personal data. In the event of a dispute, the personal data will be retained until an agreement is reached or until the due date for the claim expires. Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA except under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework clauses in compliance with European Union data protection laws – including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
