How it works
Three steps, all in your browser:
- Add your company and customer details. Name, address, email, currency. Both sides of the invoice.
- Add your line items. Description, quantity and unit price. The totals calculate as you type. Set a tax rate and a discount if you need them.
- Preview and download. You see the invoice build as a real PDF on the page. When it looks right, you download it.
The preview is the actual document, not a rough mockup. What you see is what lands in the file.
What goes on the invoice
The form covers what a real invoice needs, so you are not left adding things by hand afterwards:
- Company details: name, email, address, city, postal code, country and currency
- Bill to details for your customer, including their tax ID
- Invoice number, date and billing period
- Line items with automatic totals
- Tax rate, discount and a notes field for payment terms
Free, no signup, and nothing is kept
Most free invoice tools ask for your email before you see anything. This one does not. There is no account to create and no trial clock running.
Your data stays yours. Uploads are deleted after the request. We do not store your documents, and we never look at them. You make the invoice, you download it, and that is the end of it.
