Bringing security and functionality to the next level

ISO27001Data security and privacy have always been a priority for us and we are proud to let you know that we are in the final stages of getting us ISO certified. That is something we have been working on since September 2024. We hope it serves as a sign of quality and commitment to security from our side.

€179K grant secured to realize our vision – In the last newsletter we wrote that we plan to expand our product offering and start moving towards becoming a full-service document lifecycle management system. We are happy to announce that our plans and vision have been recognized by the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency to the extent that they have awarded us a €179K grant to realize our vision.

The grant will be used to take advantage of the market opportunity to provide a complete document lifecycle management solution that handles documents from creation to final disposition. It ensures that documents are efficiently created, reviewed, stored, accessed, and disposed of securely while optimising workflows and minimising risks.

PDF Generator API keeps Growing

This time we welcome Karl to our team. Karl has joined our team as a developer but his background is far more interesting. Having studied in the renowned Sibelius Academy and Cologne Music Academy, he has a masters in classical music, giving him a unique perspective to software development. When we asked if he would like to share a book or some other recommendation, he said:

“Humans have been given an extraordinary ability to find pleasure in things that are not necessary for survival. Use that ability! People create amazing things in music, art and in many other areas of life.”

We hosted our first public event in Brno

In April we travelled to Brno with the team, to host the first ever community event in the ClubCo coworking community where we have our local office. The main theme of the event was AI and scaling.

The day kicked off with a deep dive into the technical journey of scaling systems, as Bruno Farias from our own team shared expertise on navigating growth from initial MVP to handling millions of users.

Takeaway: Start simple and let your system evolve organically to manage increasing complexity

Matej Havlas offered a pragmatic look at implementing AI, providing a framework for identifying high-impact use cases and ensuring a clear return on investment, cautioning against common pitfalls in AI projects and stressing the need for strategic AI integration.

Takeaway: Before implementing AI, clearly identify your needs and expected ROI to ensure successful integration.

Alessio Colantonio from S&O Capital, shifted the focus to the financial side of digital transformation, stressing the importance of not only assessing costs but also proactively monetizing digital initiatives to drive significant ROI and avoid the high cost of inaction.

Takeaway: When evaluating digital transformation, perform a 3D ROI assessment that includes the cost of inaction and the potential for new revenue streams.

We are glad to announce that the next event is already in the planning and this time we will put our focus on financial services. To be the first to hear about the specific details, follow us in Linkedin.
