How the n8n Community Sparked Our New Partnership Program

Over the past months we have seen something remarkable. A steady rise in developers and automation creators from the n8n community who discovered PDF Generator API and started using it as their preferred way to turn HTML or structured data into clean and reliable PDF documents.

What began quietly in the background has now become a real trend.

These numbers matter. They show a community that is growing, experimenting and building with intent. n8n users want tools that are simple, predictable and flexible. PDF Generator API aligns naturally with this way of thinking.

One of the best examples of this shift comes from automation creator Paolo Ronco.
And by the way, our new official integration goto page is here. Check it out.

Meet Paolo Ronco, Community Creator and Cybersecurity Professional

Paolo is active in cybersecurity, automation and open learning. His website describes a person who builds small projects and examples to help others understand technology in a practical way.

Paolo discovered PDF Generator API while building a public certificate workflow for the n8n Creator Hub. The goal was simple. Create a workflow that anyone could read, reuse and adapt.

He wanted beginners to look at it and say,
“Yes, I can build something like this.”

The workflow is still one of the clearest examples of HTML to PDF creation inside n8n.

Why Paolo chose PDF Generator API

In our email conversation Paolo explained his decision clearly.

“I chose PDF Generator API because it is the simplest and cleanest way to convert HTML to PDF within an n8n workflow.”

Other approaches required more steps or added more dependencies. Paolo wanted the workflow to stay simple for anyone who discovered it on the Creator Hub.

“Since the workflow is on the Creator Hub, I wanted to keep it accessible for the average user.”

He also noted that our free plan allows enough testing space, which is helpful for public examples.

A workflow built as an MVP for the community

Paolo created the certificate workflow as a minimal but clear example. The HTML sits inside the workflow. The PDF step produces a ready document. Variables are inserted directly. Everything is visible. Nothing is hidden.

“The workflow was intentionally created as an MVP and as a hands on exercise to understand n8n better. The goal was to keep it very clear.”

He avoided using external templates this time because he wanted all parts to be editable without switching systems.

Templates remain an option for more complex document workflows, and Paolo asked us to share examples.
We will provide these as part of our community content plan.

Our Own Team Is Active in the n8n Ecosystem

The collaboration with n8n creators does not come only from outside the company.
Our own team member Marian is an active contributor on the n8n Creator Hub and regularly publishes practical workflows for the community.

Marian builds simple but powerful examples that help users understand common automation patterns. His work often focuses on real life business cases and clean reusable logic that beginners can follow. This is the same spirit we see in creators like Paolo, which makes the collaboration even more natural.

n8n developers now have an official integration hub

To make things easier for new and experienced users, we recently published a dedicated n8n integration page where developers can find everything needed to start building with our platform.

This page explains how to connect the PDF module inside n8n, how to work with HTML and variables, and how to handle authentication. It also introduces other products that developers can use in automation workflows such as:

Forms for automated data collection
Template based document generation
PDFMake tools for free QR code creation
On premises version for sensitive data use cases

This gives developers room to choose the approach that best fits the project. Some workflows are easier with HTML. Others with a ready template. Others with form based data entry. Everything is compatible with n8n.

Partner Program for n8n creators

Many automation developers build workflows for clients or organizations.
To support this community we opened our Partner Program, where creators receive a twenty five percent revenue share for each customer they bring.

This is especially relevant for n8n developers who:

• create automation solutions for clients
• publish Creator Hub workflows
• build templates or tutorials
• consult or teach automation

Partnering with us gives developers a long term benefit while still supporting open community content.

The community is strong. The momentum is real.
And there is space to build together. Reach out to us and let us know what you are working on.
