You stay in control of what leaves Odoo. We transmit record data only on an explicit Generate action, or on an async batch you dispatched, over HTTPS and signed with a short-lived JSON Web Token (HS256) using your API secret. We handle credentials per company with a global fallback, verify incoming webhook callbacks against their signature, and redact secrets from logs. On every generation we post an audit message to the record’s chatter. On our side we don’t store the data used to generate your PDFs, you can choose the processing region for GDPR and other requirements, and we’re ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.
